1. Model Selection
Three key parameters: wire diameter, cutting length and required output. Send us these and we will recommend the best model for free. You can also check the model comparison.
Iron, copper, aluminum, steel, stainless steel and various alloys in round, square, hexagonal and other regular shapes. For special materials (titanium, shape memory alloys), please contact us for evaluation.
The M-04 Compact model can cut wires down to 1.0 mm. For thinner wires (below 0.5mm), please inquire about customization.
2. Price & Payment
Reference prices: M-04 ¥28,000 / S-02 ¥48,000 / D-01 ¥68,000 / D-02 ¥72,000 / SR12 ¥98,000. Actual price depends on configuration and quantity — please contact us for a formal quotation.
Usually 30% deposit, balance before shipment. Negotiable. Bank transfer supported.
Yes. We are a Grade A Taxpayer (2025 Jinhua Red List) and can issue 13% VAT special invoices.
3. Delivery & Shipping
Usually 15–30 days for standard models; 30–45 days for customized models.
Packed in export-standard wooden cases, moisture-proof and shock-proof. Door-to-door logistics can be arranged at extra cost.
Yes. We support export business and can provide the required customs documents. Overseas customers please contact [email protected].
4. Installation & After-Sales
Yes. For domestic customers we can send engineers for on-site installation and commissioning plus operator training. For overseas customers, remote guidance or engineer dispatch (at extra cost).
12-month warranty on the whole machine (excluding wear parts). Free repair for non-human damage during the warranty period. Lifetime repair service and spare parts supply.
Blades, tungsten sleeves, feed rollers and other wear parts are supplied long-term and shipped quickly after ordering.
Yes. Straightening, feeding and collecting methods can all be customized to your process. Please contact us with your specific requirements.
